Interview
It was a moderate, they ask about your engineering subject knowledge if you are a fresher, and they will ask all kind of questions related to your engineering and aptitude, logical thinking, and as well as related to the role you applied for.
Simple questions based on current job, did not mention I would need to deeply interview with clients if I wanted to get a project to work on. Sort of misleading.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ALTEN (London, England) in Jun 2025
Interview
First interview with the PM
She can't really sure where you will work, and what project that you will work. I think even in the consultant comapny, the PM should probabaly know about which project the interviewer might have the skills to work for. She asked some questions but not really provide any details about what you will do. The max salary range is 45k, don't know how can they expect a good enginner will take the position. I didn't progress the interview since the bad experience and my current salary is 20% higher.
