There were 2 rounds one with reporting manager and another with a senior manager. Excel test and no personality test. They took almost 1 month to decide after all the rounds. The process was really smooth but typical France company and not a Swedish culture at all. Work was hectic and sometimes need to extend at the workplace.

A spanish intern responsible for the recruitment arranged a skype interview with me. They didn't show up at the interview. Congratulations for the lack professionality and rudeness. This the first time a company don't show up at an interview. Next time hire a professional recruiter if you wanna attract professionals. Surely, I will never apply again!
