This interview was super creepy. I talked with a recruiter on the phone and he was really positive. I was interested in the company and the opportunity. When I arrived on site, I had to fill out a preprinted application, like the kind you get from McDonalds. The guy interviewing me, a sales manager, was not personable at all. I couldn't imagine ever buying something from this guy or working with him. He didn't look at my resume at all. They never followed up to close the loop with me - letting me know if I got the job or not. If the sales team isn't following up to close the loop with interviews, they probably aren't with clients either. I ended up getting a job at a much more prestigious company.
