First, phone interviews, generally screening questions and describing the interview process. Second, a video interview with an engineer, some technical questions about being up-to-date with the latest server hardware, and server deployment questions, Third, an in-person interview with engineers, then a final interview with the CEO of the company. Did not make it to the final two, so cannot provide information.

On site interview with two to three managers. Pretty basic questions regarding resume, and a few conceptual and structural questions. Straightforward. A short intro to the company as well as what my role are going to be like.
