Interview
I applied online in the late spring and was called for an interview in June. The interview process was pretty straightforward. I talked with the HR manager who asked me some typical interview questions (past work experience, how to handle difficult situations, etc.). I was then called back for a second interview with the General Manager of the theater. He wanted to make sure I was a team player and asked why I wanted to work at AMC (a love for movies is not the answer). The whole process was pretty short and I began training the next week.

Describe the interview process. The interview process wasn’t bad at all. Typical interview questions. Mainly about availability and shifts. Describe the interview process. The interview process wasn’t bad at all. Typical interview questions. Mainly about availability and shifts.

Interview
Process is fairly easy. If they're interested in your online application, they do a phone screening. If you do well on that one, they call you in to do an interview for the specific theater. Most of the questions are personality based. They do have you have you pitch AMC Stubs just to get a feel of how you'd present it to customers. Not sure why someone said people get hired on the spot as I never came across a crew member that got hired immediately, even if they were short staffed. Typically it takes a couple days before they give you a response.
