Phone call with prelim questions followed by interview. At the end of the interview he asked me to come back the next day for a 2nd interview. All the questions were the same in the 2nd, just with a different manager. I got offered the job at the end of the second interview.

Online application before in-person. A lot of situational questions on dealing with guests. Very corporate on how you must answer no leeway on dealing very cookiecutter must answer by the book.

Had to take a test about what you would do in this situation. Pick statement that describes your personality. Asked a lot about situations with your team. Time consuming but easy.
