online application, phone interview, 2 in person interviews. after the phone interview they called me in for an in-person interview with 2 general managers in the market. they passed on my information to all the GMs in the market and then another one called me in for a second interview for his theater.

They started with asking questions about previous experience and then questions about the responsibilities of the job. After that they asked me what one of my strengths was and weaknesses. Also asked about my availability.

Fun and easy interview process. Be yourself, make them laugh, and nerd out. Just remember they want a team and friendly feel from you and you’ll be great/solid in there.
It was a very thoughtful and detailed interview. I really appreciated everything that was said. I loved hearing about the details of these job. Its interesting to see how everyone works to together to create an collaborative environment
