It was about two weeks from when I applied when I got a call to interview. They called me on a Tuesday and I did the interview on a Thursday. The interview itself was not bad. The most important piece was definitely the stubs card, they will have you pitch it. Make sure to read the benefits. I also found it helpful to think of what you would say if the interviewer asks you what if they say if they tell you that they don't go to movies often.

Process is fairly easy. If they're interested in your online application, they do a phone screening. If you do well on that one, they call you in to do an interview for the specific theater. Most of the questions are personality based. They do have you have you pitch AMC Stubs just to get a feel of how you'd present it to customers. Not sure why someone said people get hired on the spot as I never came across a crew member that got hired immediately, even if they were short staffed. Typically it takes a couple days before they give you a response.
