You only passed on to the one on one interview based off a first impression from the group being asked what is your favorite movie, hobbies, etc. After that the interviewers talked for about 25 minutes about the companies expectations, rules, etc. I feel the way you were picked for the one on one interview was not very fair.
Online application before in-person. A lot of situational questions on dealing with guests. Very corporate on how you must answer no leeway on dealing very cookiecutter must answer by the book.
