I applied last week on Friday and about two days later they called me and asked a few questions about whether i can comply or not with the requirements (for example, whether i have piercings on my face, tattoos that are up to my neck, dyed hair). I agreed with everything and they continued with asking me why I wanted to work there and to tell them about myself. After that she invited me for an interview the following week. I got there and they gave me the little stubs pamphlet so i'd study it as I waited for the manager. Then, the manager came and we sat at a little bench outside and asked me questions. Overall, it was an extremely easy interview if you study the questions that are here on glass door and also know the benefits to the stubs program. I'm usually a really nervous person when it comes to interviews but I felt so comfortable and relaxed for this particular interview.
