They take you to the break room. Start by asking just regular questions. Blah blah, why do you want this job? Your goals and inspiration? Then hand you an AMC Stub's voucher and have you role play as a crew member trying to sell one to the customer. After that, you pretty much know if they are going to hire you or not.

Friendly interview. Ask questions about how you would handle different customer service situations. 5-10 questions. Fairly simple. They let you know over the phone if you got the job or not.

I Was immediately offered an interview, Was asked general questions about how I make or break with a team and got the job 4 days later, it was very enjoyable!!!

The interviewer was very patient and kind throughout the entire process. They took their time and spoke with a friendly demeanor which I appreciated. I did not feel rushed and was comfortable the entire time.
