I applied online and was called in a couple of weeks later. On the phone he told me to be sure to know the Stub Membership. When I got to the AMC and checked in I was given a little pamphlet with info about Stubs to review. The interview went quickly I was told that if they liked me they would call in the next day, and if they didnt then I would not get a call. I got the call on my drive home that I got the job. yay!

What is a brand that you are loyal to and how do you create loyalty?
Very easy Managers are very friendly, felt like a nice conversation. A few questions maximum and the process is very smooth. More about leadership and understanding the position. Then they talk to you about availability and any time off needed.

Very easy, they just asked me if i had any negative experiences with food service workers and how i’d handle certain issues. They’ll ask about your availability and make sure you have reliable transportation. Basically hired me on the spot
