You'll be one on one with a manager and they'll give you a flyer or pamphlet on their stubs programs to memorize as much as you can. They'll ask you to pretend they're a customer and try to get the to sign up with what you memorized about the programs. Then there's simple questions depending on your resume such as school, etc.
