I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AMC Entertainment (Paramus, NJ) in Jul 2009
Interview
I had applied about a month before to AMC online and then they called me in for an interview. The interview consisted of basic questions like describing a time dealing with a difficult or rude customer, explaining the importance of customer service, and a few typical scenarios you would encounter while working in a theater. The person who interviewed me liked me and said he would tell the hiring manager that, and at the end of the week I received a call telling me to come in to fill out my papers.
