I interviewed with a really nice Manager. It was my first job interview so I had no idea what to expect. She essentially asked me role play questions ("If a guest were upset, what would you do?" and questions along those lines). I also was handed a packed describing the AMC Stubs Program, given about 5 minutes to look over the benefits of the program, and then asked by her to describe the program and basically "sell" it to here as if she were a customer. I was hired during the interview. I think they're really just looking for people who are friendly, have some semblance of common sense as to how to interact with guests, and who can easily explain the AMC Stubs Program. It's not a hard interview, and as long as you are a normal person, you should be able to get the job pretty easily.
