Interview
Got a call about a month later or so and was told to come in. Answered some questions and was told to sell them the AMC Stubs program. They gave me a couple minutes alone to review it before selling it to them. Very friendly and nice about the whole thing.
Friendly interview. Ask questions about how you would handle different customer service situations. 5-10 questions. Fairly simple. They let you know over the phone if you got the job or not.

I Was immediately offered an interview, Was asked general questions about how I make or break with a team and got the job 4 days later, it was very enjoyable!!!

The interviewer was very patient and kind throughout the entire process. They took their time and spoke with a friendly demeanor which I appreciated. I did not feel rushed and was comfortable the entire time.
