15-20 min. One manager asked me questions. Very basic not hard. Checked some boxes while I was talking. Got hired 4 days later. They want someone who can work on holidays and weekends mainly
Friendly interview. Ask questions about how you would handle different customer service situations. 5-10 questions. Fairly simple. They let you know over the phone if you got the job or not.

The interviewer was very patient and kind throughout the entire process. They took their time and spoke with a friendly demeanor which I appreciated. I did not feel rushed and was comfortable the entire time.
