I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at AMC Entertainment (Tysons Corner, VA) in Feb 2012
Interview
I filled out the application. They gave me a call within a week and invited me to an interview in the morning the next day (they called me after 6pm the evening before). Which left me no time to really prepare how I am use to.
I arrived and waited over an hour. They brought me in, asked questions about me my goals and so on. Then asked me to answer questions they already had. Then asked if I had any.
The GM told me I was well prepared and one of the more well prepared candidates he'd seen in 20 years and said that he didn't say that often. I left feeling confident and like I got the job.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Since I was still in college at this point (senior year), he asked me to answer the questions with not what I would do, but with what I had done. Though I had decent jobs before that, none were a management position where I could directly correlate my experience with sufficient answers. However, I did well.
Multiple interviews and HR calls to understand the background better. Time constraints was never felt and was very amicable. Very generic questions with overall pleasant experience. Also, timing was adequate for the interview process.

Interview
The interview process was a quick and easy learning experience. Learning about AMC culture and what's expected of the company. This leaves room for growth and development. AMC is an amazing facility to garner a great interview and earn your spot.
The interview went okay; I answered most questions confidently, though a few were challenging. The atmosphere was friendly, and I felt I showcased my skills, but wasn't fully satisfied with my performance.
