Very Easy, Ask overall background of you. How does your experience connect to the job. How would you be a good fit for the job. Interviewed by the GM and Head of HR. There main focus is too see if your a joyful and outgoing person. They also want someone who has goals for themselves.
Friendly interview. Ask questions about how you would handle different customer service situations. 5-10 questions. Fairly simple. They let you know over the phone if you got the job or not.

I Was immediately offered an interview, Was asked general questions about how I make or break with a team and got the job 4 days later, it was very enjoyable!!!

The interviewer was very patient and kind throughout the entire process. They took their time and spoke with a friendly demeanor which I appreciated. I did not feel rushed and was comfortable the entire time.
