I applied online. They called me and asked me to come in for an interview. You get asked the standard interview questions you find online and you complete some math problems. They have a bunch of prospects come in at the same time but the actual interview is one on one.
It was very straight foward, the interview wasn't diffcult and I enjoyed it. The postion was explained to me very well and what to expect. I ended up getting the job
Got a call in the evening and was informed they were a hiring manager and wanted to conduct a phone interview immediately. Took me by surprise but I agreed and they proceeded with the questions.
