I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at AMC Entertainment
Interview
I had two interviews. One was done in one location and it was pretty relaxed and enjoyable. The second one was at another location; I arrived on time and they said the interviewer left on an emergency. No problem, it happens to the best of people. Second time, I arrived on time and talked with an employee and I was told that said person wasn't there. I waited 30 more minutes and I checked again which I got the same answer. Finally ended up having the second interview over the phone. The interview went fine but when I got the offer it was less than what I was told from the first interview. Which is not something that someone with over 10 years of customer service experience should be offered.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at AMC Entertainment (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
They started with asking questions about previous experience and then questions about the responsibilities of the job. After that they asked me what one of my strengths was and weaknesses. Also asked about my availability.
