it was a group interview and we waited in the lounge area and then got called into an empty theater with a manvger and one supervisor about to start the interview.

we had to pertend that we were selling each other a stubbs card that we sell at the theater. As well as talk about other experiences in good customer service we have had.

Applied online filled out assessment was pretty in depth and was 30 min long but the questions were easy. Then got an email setting up in person interview. Was offered position and accepted.
