I applied online and was contacted via phone to come in for an in person interview. The process took 1-2 days, including the interview. Everybody was helpful and friendly, and the interview lasted about an hour.

Before the interview they give you a pamphlet with information about AMC and AMC reward programs, and I had to "sell" this program to the interviewer.
Friendly interview. Ask questions about how you would handle different customer service situations. 5-10 questions. Fairly simple. They let you know over the phone if you got the job or not.

I Was immediately offered an interview, Was asked general questions about how I make or break with a team and got the job 4 days later, it was very enjoyable!!!

The interviewer was very patient and kind throughout the entire process. They took their time and spoke with a friendly demeanor which I appreciated. I did not feel rushed and was comfortable the entire time.
