when i arrived, i was given an amc stubs thing to review while other interviews were going on. i had to wait a bit past my initial interview time but the woman was very apologetic. i shook her hand and then i was brought to a room and asked questions.
Friendly interview. Ask questions about how you would handle different customer service situations. 5-10 questions. Fairly simple. They let you know over the phone if you got the job or not.

I Was immediately offered an interview, Was asked general questions about how I make or break with a team and got the job 4 days later, it was very enjoyable!!!

The interviewer was very patient and kind throughout the entire process. They took their time and spoke with a friendly demeanor which I appreciated. I did not feel rushed and was comfortable the entire time.
