I sat with one manager in a room and we talked one on one. He asked the standard questions such as give me an example of a conflict that occurred and how it was resolved. It took about 15 Minutes. Fairly easy. Just be honest and answer smart. It was for a easy position so you dont have to be the smartest person in the world.
