I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AMC Entertainment (Edison, NJ) in Jul 2013
Interview
I applied on the company's website. The following week I received a phone call from a manager asking me if I was interested in coming in for an interview. I accepted it and when in for my interview which turned out to be much more straight and simpler than I expected. It was a 1-on-1 interview and only lasted about 10 mins. He then described a little the functions of the job, the dress code and how schedule works; which basically was that you pick 3 days out of the week and you'll work on those days for a total of aprox 20-28 hrs. Then he talked about the salary which I found so strange since is under minimal wage $5.25 hr + tips.
