Interview
After submitting the online application, I was called in for the interview at the theater with the hiring manager. It started as a general interview, why do you want to work here, what do you consider you best attribute, etc. but when I mentioned one of my hobbies we began a informal conversation about that. After a few minutes, the hiring manager told be he was supposed to tell me he would call but that he wanted to hire me then and there. Then the general manager came in, remarked on how he missed the interview and asked one more question then I left.
I dress in business casual, dress shirt and khakis.

Process is fairly easy. If they're interested in your online application, they do a phone screening. If you do well on that one, they call you in to do an interview for the specific theater. Most of the questions are personality based. They do have you have you pitch AMC Stubs just to get a feel of how you'd present it to customers. Not sure why someone said people get hired on the spot as I never came across a crew member that got hired immediately, even if they were short staffed. Typically it takes a couple days before they give you a response.
