Interview
You will first fill out your application online, if you are greenlighted while we are hiring you will receive a call for an initial phone interview. After passing the phone interview you will be brought in for the second interview and questioned about your hobbies as well as your leadership abilities. They will also ask you to do a mock sale for a Stubs card. If you pass the first interview, then you will be called in for a second interview and then be interviewed by the General Manager. If you are really impressive they will hire you on the spot. Most people are just hired after a few days of deliberation.

How are you with customer service and problem solving angry customers? It wasnt bad, a lot of what would you do if type questions. I got the job eventually. And it was my favorite.

Process is fairly easy. If they're interested in your online application, they do a phone screening. If you do well on that one, they call you in to do an interview for the specific theater. Most of the questions are personality based. They do have you have you pitch AMC Stubs just to get a feel of how you'd present it to customers. Not sure why someone said people get hired on the spot as I never came across a crew member that got hired immediately, even if they were short staffed. Typically it takes a couple days before they give you a response.
