It was someplace I wanted to work so I applied online with the website. I first had a phone interview then I met with a hiring manager in person. They scheduled a lot of interviews on the same day, so you had to wait in the lobby with other candidates. They have a strict dress code, so showing up to your interview in nice clothes helps.

The interview was pretty simple, and casual. You meet with one manager, and he/she asks basic competency questions. The interview should take no longer than 15 minutes. Not too much of a dialogue, however. I found the interview to be very one-sided.
