Interview
I applied online and about three weeks later I got a call for an interview. They asked me about piercings and dress code I would have to abide by and then she scheduled me an interview for that Thursday. At the interview they handed me the pamphlet about the stubs program and had me review it because they were going to ask me questions about it. Then they took me up and to an interview room where I waited for the interview. The woman who interviewed me was very nice and I thought I did well but I think my availability limited me and I was not offered a position.

Process is fairly easy. If they're interested in your online application, they do a phone screening. If you do well on that one, they call you in to do an interview for the specific theater. Most of the questions are personality based. They do have you have you pitch AMC Stubs just to get a feel of how you'd present it to customers. Not sure why someone said people get hired on the spot as I never came across a crew member that got hired immediately, even if they were short staffed. Typically it takes a couple days before they give you a response.
