On line application that was followed by a phone screen. After that, an in person interview was scheduled with a member of management. There were a group of standard questions that were used. After the interview a tour was conducted.

Name a time when someone was upset about something and what you did to fix it.
Very easy Managers are very friendly, felt like a nice conversation. A few questions maximum and the process is very smooth. More about leadership and understanding the position. Then they talk to you about availability and any time off needed.

Very easy, they just asked me if i had any negative experiences with food service workers and how i’d handle certain issues. They’ll ask about your availability and make sure you have reliable transportation. Basically hired me on the spot

Casual conversation about why I was interested in a position. Was asked some STAR scenarios. Confirmed I was available for weekend and night work. Offered the position at the end.
