Before the interview, they call you just to get to know you a little and schedule a time to meet in person. At the interview, it's super casual. It was less than 10 minutes of asking about your background and hypotheticals. Like demonstrate how you would sell their membership

Name a time you had bad customer service. How did it make you feel?
Very easy Managers are very friendly, felt like a nice conversation. A few questions maximum and the process is very smooth. More about leadership and understanding the position. Then they talk to you about availability and any time off needed.

Very easy, they just asked me if i had any negative experiences with food service workers and how i’d handle certain issues. They’ll ask about your availability and make sure you have reliable transportation. Basically hired me on the spot
