Applied online, and I called the theater after a week asking for the hiring manager's info for a status update. Phone interview was easy, and was called in for an in-person the next day. Hardest part was probably the pitch, so make sure to study the rewards programs beforehand. The main thing they were looking for in the position was someone energetic, so make sure you're outgoing.

Friendly interview. Ask questions about how you would handle different customer service situations. 5-10 questions. Fairly simple. They let you know over the phone if you got the job or not.
