Applied online, interviewed with General Manager of another location than the theater I work at. It took about a week before an interview was scheduled. After the interview, I was offered the job two days after. It was an easy process.

They started with asking questions about previous experience and then questions about the responsibilities of the job. After that they asked me what one of my strengths was and weaknesses. Also asked about my availability.

Fun and easy interview process. Be yourself, make them laugh, and nerd out. Just remember they want a team and friendly feel from you and you’ll be great/solid in there.
It was a very thoughtful and detailed interview. I really appreciated everything that was said. I loved hearing about the details of these job. Its interesting to see how everyone works to together to create an collaborative environment
