I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at AMC Entertainment (Redondo Beach, CA)
Interview
Brought into a group interview with 5 other people conducted by the GM. Your basic ice breaker group interview, (tell us something about yourself, etc). He told us that only three would be asked to stay for one on one interviews. Then, we did some situation role playing. Basically, just demonstrate good customer service skills. By the way they don't call them customers, it's GUESTS. They will ask you to sell the Stubs Card. Really can't stress this enough, you have to come prepared to sell this thing! It will make or break your chances. After that I was given a one on one interview about 15 minutes later. I was called that very day and told I had the job. Very simple.

Short and over the phone . The manager mostly asked about availability and I could tell that was the main concern. Took a while for a reply and ended up have to call them back a few times.
