I applied in person, it took 1 week for a phone call back. I went online and looked up interview questions so I had every question they asked memorized, and I knew from a friend that they really cared about selling stub cards, so I briefed myself on how they worked and how I'd sell them. I was called to the office for routine questions. Then they had an experienced employee act like a customer and ask me to sell them the rewards card. Since I was prepared I did well. Was called back the next day and was told I got the job.

Online application before in-person. A lot of situational questions on dealing with guests. Very corporate on how you must answer no leeway on dealing very cookiecutter must answer by the book.
