I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at AMC Entertainment (Santa Anita, CA) in Oct 2015
Interview
First they called me and asked three questions to see if we would comply to their dress and appearance standards. After that I was called in to a group interview in 2 days. At the group interview there were around 10 other people that went as well. They spent most of the time reviewing what the job description is and the wardrobe 101 rules are. Afterwards they asked us to say what our name is and what we liked. Then from there we read some of job description passages out loud (I think it was to make certain that we knew how to read but I could be wrong). Then the two interviewers left the room and came back in 5 minutes later. They stated that they would call 4 people's name and that those people would advance to the next level. Before going to the interview they also told us that we would have to pitch how we would try to sell someone AMC Stubs reward program. I'm guessing that's what the 4 people that stayed did. This was very disappointing because I was expecting a group interview not this.

Interview
Very chill, i wanted a part time job in high school The manager was cool and was personable to talk to. They just asked to sell stubs pamphlets ( I think the program is different now).
Applied online and then was called in for interview. The HR manager conducted the interview, and afterwards I received an offer. Typical questions like name a stressful situation and name a time you had to overcome a difficult situation.
