Very easy interview. Asked personality questions and a couple scenario questions that most part time retail stores would ask. Since AMC puts so much of an emphasis on selling their membership, aka stub cards, they ask you to practice selling a membership to them. The interview process typically involves an interview with on of the assistant managers and the general manager after.

Process took about 3 weeks, online application was reviewed and I got a call back within a week. After the phone screening, I was brought in for an in-person interview which lasted about 25mins with a super friendly manager who made clear the expectations of holiday and weekend availability requirements as well as a work ethic involving Friendliness, Cleanliness, and Quickness/Efficiency.
