It was very easy, they just want to know about you and why you would be a good fit. Be prepared to understand different audiences for movies and able to express professionalism but excitement. It was a 1:1 type interview with the manager. I did not have to meet with anyone else. I got hired on the spot.

Process took about 3 weeks, online application was reviewed and I got a call back within a week. After the phone screening, I was brought in for an in-person interview which lasted about 25mins with a super friendly manager who made clear the expectations of holiday and weekend availability requirements as well as a work ethic involving Friendliness, Cleanliness, and Quickness/Efficiency.
