They had me wait off to the side with a pamphlet for there rewards card system and when ready they took me into the party room. I was asked a series of questions about good and bad experiences I've had in various establishments and then was asked to roleplay trying to sell their rewards card membership. Afterwards they said they'd let me know (which im pretty sure is code for not getting the job)

How are you with customer service and problem solving angry customers? It wasnt bad, a lot of what would you do if type questions. I got the job eventually. And it was my favorite.

Process is fairly easy. If they're interested in your online application, they do a phone screening. If you do well on that one, they call you in to do an interview for the specific theater. Most of the questions are personality based. They do have you have you pitch AMC Stubs just to get a feel of how you'd present it to customers. Not sure why someone said people get hired on the spot as I never came across a crew member that got hired immediately, even if they were short staffed. Typically it takes a couple days before they give you a response.
