Interview
The interview process at AMCS was very professional from start to finish. The questions asked were clear, focused, and directly related to the role, which made the conversation feel both structured and relevant.
I also appreciated that secondary but important topics—such as salary expectations and remote working options—were discussed openly and resolved in a way that worked well for both sides. This left me with a very positive impression of the company and their approach to recruitment.
Overall, the process was efficient, respectful, and well-organized.

Question 1
One question that stood out to me was about how I would react to customers who ask for custom solutions in areas where the company does not encourage going down that path. It was a great way to see how I think about balancing customer needs with company strategy. I also had the chance to reflect on what I remember from the previous software solutions produced by the company, which made the discussion even more engaging.
