The interview process went well. I applied online and within one week I received a call where they asked me a few interview screening questions. A few days later I was called for an in person interview. The whole process took about 3-4 weeks. The interviewers were very friendly, patient, and knowledgable. They engaged in conversation in an attempt to break the ice and help me feel more comfortable. The questions I was asked were not necessarily difficult, however I was personally unprepared for them. Come prepared for behavioral and "describe a time when" style questions. They did follow up with a friendly and professional email stating that they were going to explore other candidates, which I appreciated. Overall, I had a good experience considering I had not had a formal interview in almost eight years.
