The process was extremely long. There were two video interviews, leadership assessment tests, then an all day on-site interview involving roughly 10 individuals. The total elapsed time was 1.5 to 2 months. They had a schedule that they shared ahead of time which was very convenient. However, some did not come to their time slots due to being busy or in a pop up meeting since the division president was onsite.
