I had the opportunity to appear for the on-campus recruitment process of AMI Company. The process began with a college assessment on the first day, which included C MCQs, some aptitude questions, pseudocodes, and 2 coding problems. I successfully cleared the online assessment and moved on to the next round.
In the technical interview,
I was asked several questions related to programming concepts. The interviewer focused on Strings & Bit Manipulation. He gave me two problems one by one & told me to write the code on paper.
String Questions:
Reverse Words in a String
Longest Common Substring
There was also a question on bit manipulation, specifically about how to change a particular bit in a given number.( convert 0 bit to 1 )
Additionally, they asked me some Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) concepts , like what is stack & queue & Some Time complexity questions. Toward the end, they inquired further about the details of my projects, showing interest in the technical aspects of what I had worked on.
It was a easy interview , they mainly focused on the basic concepts.
