Interview
Phone interview with HR rep is first. Next is the face to face interview with department head, followed by a peer interview. HR will call you with an offer if your are selected. Upon accepting the offer, you are scheduled for your pre-employment screening. This will include a fit test, flexibility and strength test (picking up 50 lbs off the ground using proper lifting technique), and drug screen. This is also when you would turn in any proof of vaccinations and/or titers.

Seamless. Recruiter was helpful. Ask usual questions. Follow up from recruiting to interview was quick. Interview with manager was online due to covid... but it was personal and good back and forth communication.

The interview process went smoothly. The process from the date I submitted my application to the day I got contacted back for an interview took about five to seven days
While this was one of the most challenging interviews I've had, I really appreciated that the interviewer took the time to read my resume and tailor her questions towards my education and experience.
