Interview
I applied online and was contacted by HR from their head office who sent me a link to a quick test that I had to take before they proceeded. I did well which landed me an interview at the local office in Phoenix. Actual interview took around 25-30 minutes with HR, who asked basic behavioral questions, and then the other part of the interview was an Excel exercise which also took around 30 minutes. Overall, the interview process was not difficult. They expressed interest and said they would contact me back in a week with an update. I never received any update, nor was I contacted by anyone.
I decided to send out an email to the HR representative from the head office asking for an update, but was completely ignored.
I also sent out an email to the one who interviewed me, and was ALSO ignored.
This is a terrible way to treat any candidate. No respect, and just shows how this company conducts business. Safe to say I dodged a bullet.
