Interview
After you apply on line a recruiter will call you out of the blue without an warning. Then they have you do an online "assessment". The recruiter waited over a week to call me after I did the assessment, which was pretty unnerving. After that, they schedule you for a group interview. I am not a fan of group interviews. You go in and they do their rah-rah for the company and give you some background about the company. If they are the leader in their field, they should pay their employees more.
