Apply online and they contact you. They assist in Finding travel positions for you by asking about past experience and where you would like to go. Using your resume they try to find the best fit or jobs that would best fit you and they will submit your resume to the job that you are interested in. You can of course work out the pay and schedule before they draw up a contract.
