What nursing school did I attend, what year did I graduate, and what type of degree obtained. Where did I first work after nursing school. What is field of expertise in nursing. Have I ever worked one-on-one basis with behavioral needs such as in psychiatric areas.
Interview process for travel jobs are done through an automated system with questions and answers are scored. The company does some coaching prior to the interview. It was an easy process to follow.
