Interview
Interview was very thorough and efficient. 1 phone screen with a recruiter who found my profile. followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager and an in-person interview with a hiring team member.
An easy initial interview with standard questions. Couldn't see much of a point of it as I just repeated everything that was already in my CV. Didn't feel like my answers made any difference to the recruiter.
The process was okey, although the AC was too long (it took 3h). When you apply to multiple position this is way too time consuming. However, I appreciate the real-life examples during the assessment.
I had a phone screen followed by an interview with the team manager. Behavioral questions pertaining to my experience. Very straightforward process. Didn’t feel like I needed to jump through hoops. Recruiter was very transparent about the role and communicative.
